Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

I love this boat. I bought it nearly a year ago. Had never paddled one before, but did a lot of research. Woman's intuition. I paddle it on local lakes, rivers and offshore in all conditions around the NC coastline. Most times it's packed to the gunwales with camping gear, food etc. I'm 5'8 and 125lbs and probably need to add a bit more packing around the thighs to keep me in when fooling around upside down. Here are the good (non-technical) points: 1. excellent rolling; 2. GREAT in surf and other dodgy conditions; 3. easy access skeg, though hardly need to use it; 4. Can sit in the seat all day (paddling) and still hold a glass of vino as the sun goes down; 5. even as a wee lass can carry the darn thing and atop my 4Runner; 6. just feels 'right'. And (non-technically) why it's not a '10': 1. can't pack as much gear as other boats of similar size or 6" longer - but also means I pack lean (and drink less); 2. the rear bigger hatch leaks in surf and when rolling, no matter if it's a new hatch or not and I jump up and down on the darn thing. More than happy to recommend this boat.

This is a terrific boat for us smaller paddlers under 5'5" and 145 pounds. It's very stable in all kinds of conditions, and great in windy conditions with the skeg down. I love the extra room directly behind the seat for a dry bag of a jacket, and extra snacks.I've paddled this boat for two years. The only cons are sometimes I get up to 1/4 cup of water in the rear hatch, it is heavy and it oilcans too easily if left in the summer sun on top of your car. I have no shade in my driveway so this was a problem if I was too lazy to take it off when I got home. One can't go wrong with this kayak. It's fun, fast and forgiving.

This is a great boat! It is long, has lots of space inside the hatches and plenty of cords if you want to strap on top!
