Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Love the 145T w/ rudder. The boat is not heavy, fast in the water, seats are super comfortable and easy to adjust. Tracking is easy both as a solo paddler or with another paddler. I would say it's the rudder that really makes it possible to paddle straight.

I won a 2001 Pam 145T and after trying others I bought a second 2011 Pam 145T. I do not have a rudder on either of mine. Alesa and I use them as solos and really have no trouble keeping them straight I think thanks to the V shape hull. We use them on lakes and rivers with some light white water thanks to spray skirts. The ability to carry things is what drew us to them. Moving around in tight places with a 14 and half Kayak is a snap. We glide compared to our friends. This is the kayak for us.
