Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

just wanted to thank you for designing the WRSI helmet. A little over a
year ago, I had an accident where I hit my head on a rock while
whitewater kayaking. I nearly broke my neck and suffered a bad
concussion. I had muddled thoughts, mismatched pupil size, the works.
My doctor friend credited your helmet with likely saving my life. I was
fortunate because I had just replaced my old helmet which ... offered
minimal protection.
Anyway, I just wanted to drop a quick line to express my gratitude. I

WRSI
has done a huge service to kayakers and whitewater enthusiasts
everywhere by creating a durable helmet that is specifically designed
for multiple impacts and to stay on, not just to look good, although it
does that as well. Most helmet companies do not test there products and
that fact that WRSI tests there products and puts them on the market
for a reasonable price should make it the first choice for everyone.
