Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Very good product, however, I have a Hobie fishing kayak. its heavy. so when they show in the demo lifting the kayak with two fingers, it doesn't happen. basically have to rock the kayak up an down to get it started in an upward direction. When third of the way up the hullavator kicks in and helps, remember it is advertised to help lift 40pds, so you are lifting the rest. Now getting it down off the roof is a breeze, very easy. Don't get me wrong, without it I would never be able to get the kayak on the roof alone. It's a great product.
