Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I Love the rack. It really is nice. The tilting features are very helpful. The rack is made with quality in mind. I'm only sorry that 4 bikes don't really fit. I'm a bit careful with scratching the bike on the racks and putting 4 is really really tough. I'm convinced you buy a 4 bike rack to carry 3 bikes and a 5 bike rack to carry 4. The only thing I would do differently is purchase the 5 bike version. Great rack, highly recommended with keeping in mind how many bikes you want to carry.
