Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Thule 9027 Apex Swing Away 4 Hitch Bike Rack - The Apex Swing Away 4 Bike Rack by Thule is their premium hitch rack in a swing-away version for convenient, easy rear of vehicle access. The Arc design of the arms gives bikes greater clearance off the ground and provides greater distance between bikes preventing contact and the swing-away design allows a fully loaded hitch rack to swing away from the vehicle for rear of vehicle access. A Snug-Tite receiver lock virtually eliminates hitch rack movement in the receiver and locks the hitch rack to the vehicle while the Hold Fast RDT (Road Dampening Technology) Cradles absorb the shock of the road protecting your bike during transport. The Folding Hitch Switch allows the arms to fold when not in use and tilts the carrier down for rear of vehicle access and the patented No-Sway Cage prevents bike to bike contact. The swing-away is getting better from the original-I especially like the Apex's new stinger no wrench attachment! No need to get on your hands and knees to put on the bolt! But the rod arm to hitch bar doesn't look as sturdy as it's predecessor.The new rubber straps are a pain to secure the bikes;I had to get my son to help to pull them on! Not too many women will be able to put them on or take them off! The arms still need to be longer to be able to attach 4 of the newer DH mountain bikes.A little pricey but all in all it's a good bike rack.
