Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. I bought this rack over a year ago and have used it in all weather conditions. Honestly this is a great surfboard rack and I have never had any trouble with. My board has felt secure while traveling well over 80mph on the highway and the rack itself is easy to use and adjusts quickly. However I have little faith in the largely plastic structure for long term use, would be nice if it were a stronger substance (although I also haven't had any issue with it). My only real complaint is that I'd love the straps to be longer, when stacking boards on this rack there is very minimal strap to pull on and I don't feel safe taking more than one board going over 35mph... or at all for that matter.

I have loaded this surf board holder with 3 short-boards and blasted up the 5N on the way to Trestles (SoCal) way above the posted speed limit with no issues what so ever. I love that with a few twists of the knob, I can accommodate wider long-boards even up to SUP back to itty bitty potato ship short boards in but a minute or so. Get this and you will not be disappointed!!!
