Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

This was very easy to install bike mount. It was the first of this type that I have owned. It installed quickly and held the bike securely. I would recommend it to anyone else wanting a fork mount bike carrier. The front mounting bracket looks as though it was designed to also work on round mounting racks, I have Thule racks.

Installation was a breeze, first time putting a bike on was a little tricky. The tightening bolt is tough to tighten initially, hard to grip if you are 'reaching' or the weather is cold. Rack looks great though and now I've got the hang of it I am very happy. Also recommend locks to secure rack and bike. For the price, no complaints at all.
