Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Hello everyone! I’m a wilderness and mountain guide and I need comfort when I’m out in the woods, mountains etc to maximize my rest. Besides the size and somewhat bulky roll up, this is one awesome pad and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! I’m always out for 1,2 or 3 weeks ( and sometimes for a month) at a time so I carry an average of 90lbs of gear. This pad is just what I need. I found that you should fold the pad in half the long way and then roll it up so its not too wide and then it will fit perfectly in the bag.
