Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. LOVE IT! Snowcamping: A Prolight 4 (prolite plus) always allowed too much radiation into the snow and was cold on a winter's day. Plus they took up too much space in the pack. I switched to a Downmat for the warmth & protection, it was great but heavy and bulky. Once the NeoAir came out I moved onto a NeoAir plus a Z-Rest, this was warm, redundant and light but a bulky and akward setup for moving fast. I jumped at NeoAir All Season and love it. After several nights on the snow with it now I can say i'll be reluctant to go back to the downmat or dual pad combo. Not only is it light but it packs small and is really quite warm. I've never heard it during the night but if you are sharing a tent with a very sensitive sleeper I imagine that they might notice you moving on the pad. Overall a really slick sleeping pad.
