Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

We have a house in the Florida Keys that we stay at 6 months out of the year. Needless to say, we do a lot of paddling during those 6 months. I had a 3-day paddling/camping trip and the vest was marvelous; it felt like I didn't even have it on and one afternoon we were challenged to get back to camp through a massive off-shore wind (no rubbing or chafing through strenuous times). I especially like the netting in the back of the vest so I can connect with my backrest.
