Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Bought 2 Stohlquist Nemos for boys ages 2 and 4. It is an amazing design! Unlike most jackets, which are bulky and cumbersome, this jacket is so comfortable! The boys didn't even want to take them off when they were playing in the sand! There was no chaffing around the arms and the back is lightweight, rather than stiff and hot. We felt confident letting them float around us in the in the water. We were concerned that the jackets would not be conducive to 'swimming'. The kids had no problem paddling around, but when they lost their balance, the Nemo always kept their little faces up out of the water. I would buy this jacket again in a heartbeat!

Purchased for my 2½-year-old twin boys. They love this PFD. It is a great fit, very easy to adjust and appears comfortable to wear. They have not complained at all and some days they are in them for 2-3 hours.
