Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Sizing for the Stohlquist Descent Kayak Rescue Lifejacket
I just used one of these at a demo over the weekend. Excellent fit. The cinch system and other adjustments allowed for a great fit, much better than my current PFD. The pockets are also nice, and allow for easy access to a throw rope and tow tether set-up.

At first glance, this lifejacket would appear to be bulky. The image is very misleading. When I put on this jacket it was body hugging and the foam contoured nicely like a PFD that I've owned for years. Then I sat in my boat. In two seconds I didn't even know I was wearing the thing. I always thought you needed a mesh backed jacket to be comfortable in a kayak but I found this PFD to be extremely comfortable. I didn't feel like I was arching off the seat at all. I would highly recommend this lifejacket to everyone!
