Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Zia 4 tent is loaded with features that make it an accessable tent that has
what you need to stay organized. A Superseal Floor which combines
benefits of catenary and bathtub floors will keep you secure and dry. Raised, taped perimeter seam
provides guaranteed waterproofness and maintain a tighter pitch with a
better wind line to prevent flapping. The D shaped doors equal less
zipper and less weight. The Zia's 4 tent by Sierra Design's is a large
tent, loaded with features and designed to give a larger group the
space it needs to make camping a personal experience that is easily

The Zia's 4 package was exactly what I was looking for to take with me on family trips and boy scout overnights. It is really handy that you can pick up your tent, the footprint and the gear loft all in one package. The tent is quite spacious for my wife and three boys or just myself and two boys. It is light enough that I can pack it myself although groups could easily just carry the various pieces each. Its a snap to set up and you can set the fly very securely to protect against a pretty good wind and or rain. It is constructed out of lightweight but strong material that I've even washed in the washing machine. If you need a larger tent this is a really good option to consider.
