Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

You can even stick your leg out the zipper if you get too hot. If you are in the market for a +35 synthetic bag this is a cozy bag and a good value. Purple and black though... What's with that?!?
