Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I decided to buy this bag because I thought that the extra room would equate to extra comfort at night. I have a petite frame. As it turned out I litterally swam in this bag at night, which was fun and very comfortable but I think I can get away with a smaller bag in my case. To the point though the Hot Toddie was VERY comfy and warm and the inner polyester lining is soft and that is an unexpected bonus. I will give this to my mom when I find a new bag I like and I'm sure she will have it for years. Its constructed very well.
