Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

We use UPS for shipping accessories & paddles, and Reddaway for shipping boats. All orders are safely wrapped and ready to travel.

Super lightweight, packs small and constructed with waterproof breathable fabric. I have never liked being zipped into any bag over my face so I all ways sleep under a something like a ledge or tree and keep the window unzipped slightly. Sleep like a baby every night. I totally recommend this bag.

Good Bivy will keep you dry - i have used this bivy twice, once in the snow. it kept me dry nothing got through. there was kinda a lot condensation, but that's only when its all zipped up. it packs up small and is very light.
