Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Really Nice Tent - The tent kept us dry, and the fly was easy to stake so that it didn't touch the no-see-em netting. You do have to be a little careful if it has rained to keep the wet side (outer side) away from the netting, but DUH! That's why we wanted an all-netting inner tent structure; you can't see through it if it's waterproof....
