Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Shred Ready Women's Vixen Whitewater Kayak Helmet - With the help of Astrid Ensign, an accomplished woman paddler and graphic designer, Shred Ready made the Vixen kayak helmet just for women. Styled after the popular and classic Scooby kayaking helmet, a ridge accentuates the nicely flowing lines of the helmet while also adding rigidity and strength. It can also it can be worn with the bill facing forward or back. The shell is a Shredlar/fiberglass construction impregnated with marine vinylester resins. The liner is a multiple impact VN foam liner laminated to closed-cell comfort foam. Interchangeable compression molded closed-cell foam fitting pads with super plush material hook to the liner for a custom fit. The Hand Of God (H.O.G.) Lock Retention System fits behind the nape of the neck to further minimize helmet movement. Micro adjusting ratchets tighten monofilament lines for the prefect positive fit. The ratchets and anchors are attached to a coated PVC harness lamented and stitched to closed cell foam. Stainless steel rivets anchor the four-point retention system with nylon webbing. A contoured Duraflex side release buckle meets ASTM helmet standards. Finally, removable earpieces add warmth and protection. The Shred Ready Vixen women’s kayak helmet offers all the style and protection a composite helmets needs.

Helmet shell is one size. Small, Medium, and Large fitting pads are included with each helmet for a custom fit.
I was having a really hard time finding a helmet to fit my head. I tried several different brands but nothing seemed to sit right and not slip around. Then I tried a Vixen. Shred Ready has made a great helmet for smaller heads! The adjustable Velcro padding was great for getting the perfect fit in the summer and could be easily removed in the winter when I wear a head warmer. And the H.O.G. system is amazing! With an easy twist on the back of the helmet on both sides and my Vixen fits like a glove, erhh, knit cap. The helmet fits like it was made just for me!

Great helmet with a super comfortable fit. The HOG lock system keeps it in place and the durability of these things is amazing.

The Vixen helmet is really easy to adjust for a great fit. It is
super comfortable. The visor is the perfect size. My Vixen helmet stood
up to the test of protection with some shallow encounters. Very Durable.
