Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

I definitely recommend this bag. I've used it over and over on day trips and three week expeditions. I personally have not seen water on the inside when I opened it (although I allways expect to so I pack a pillow or pillow case at the top of the bag just in case) You can compress your sleeping bag as long as you have the time to do it. It takes some time to squeeze all the air out but you know how worth it it is when you can just throw your sleeping bag through the hatch of your kayak.

I too really like this bag. It is seemly waterproof - I've had it out in the rain all morning but never thrown it in a pool and never seen it wet on the inside. That said it is time consuming and laborious (you need to sit on the bag to get it to compress) to expel all the air. All in all for what it does its just awsome.
