Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I've had this pad for about 5 years now and taken it on numerous camping trips, used it in homes, cabins, offices, mountain trails, campfires, beaches, etc. Some have commented it holds odors, I have not found that to be true. I've washed it in a large washing machine on gentle with the top side out, and then air dried in garage. It has held up well - I'm very satisfied with it. I do wish the top comfort side was a bit thicker.

This is the best bed. It's great for travel, I can throw it on the car seat and both pups are comfortable and keeps the dog hair somewhat at bay. Rolls up super small (we have the large) and can easily throw in the washer & dryer as needed. Love the waterproof back!
