How do I use a coupon?

Having Problems with Your Coupon?
We recently launched a brand new website, but coupons from our old website should still work. If your coupon is not working it may be for one of the following reasons:

1. 1) Are you already receiving a discount in the cart? If so, you will not be able to enter an additional coupon. Discounts do not compound.


2. 2) Coupons do not apply to sale items that have been already discounted.


3. 3) Discounts do not apply to kayaks.


4. 4) If you are an Outdoorplay Club member, you will not be able to use a coupon because you are already receiving the maximum discount on every item.

If you are having other problems with your coupon code please contact us and we will take care of your order immediately. You may also continue checking out and include comments in the comment field during checkout, and we will adjust your order before shipping.

Outdoorplay Checkout. This is our standard, full-featured checkout process. Simply select 'Proceed to Checkout' and we'll process your order securely and immediately. During this process, you will be able to apply all coupons and other inventive programs Outdoorplay offers, as well as select expedited shipping if you'd like.

Google Checkout. This method is secure hosted by Google. You are required to have a Google Checkout account, which you can sign up for during the process. Selecting Google Checkout directs your order through their system. Outdoorplay coupons and other incentive programs are not available, nor is expedited shipping.

Pay using Paypal. Just choose PayPal when paying for your order. You'll be asked to log into your PayPal account using your email address and password. Click to confirm your payment and then you're done.
