Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I love this lamp. It's lightweight, compact, comfortable, tough / durable, and BRIGHT. I used it for five days in the mountains in North Carolina as a headlamp, flashlight, and reading light...and it stayed strong the whole time. I didn't make much use of the colored lenses, but the plain ol' white LED itself is great. You get three brightness settings (the lowest is easily bright enough for hiking / reading, while the brightest rivals a normal Mag-Lite or something similar) and also a 'flash' setting... maybe for emergencies? Though my experience with headlamps is limited to this one, I have to say I'm very pleased with it and believe it's worthy of its high rating. It's simple, can take abuse, and bright. Definitely a good purchase for anyone planning a hiking / spelunking trip or just looking for something to keep their hands free while providing illumination.

I like everything about this lamp except one thing...The on-off switch is very stiff to operate. The quality is great and it is really waterproof.
