Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Here at Outdoorplay, we strive to deliver you world-class customer service. Shipping your order in a timely fashion is very high on our priority list. Most orders ship same day if ordered by 6pm EST. We use UPS for shipping accessories & paddles, and Reddaway for shipping boats. All orders are safely wrapped and ready to travel.

Boats to East Coast: 8 -12 business days
Boats to West Coast: 5 -7 business days
Boats to Canada: 12 business days
