Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Petzel MYO RXP 2 LED Camping Headlamp- The Myo RXP 2 LED Headlamp by Petzl is powerful, regulated, and programmable. It has three lighting levels, a Boost mode, and a wide angle lens. This headlamp allows the user to choose the order of lighting levels and to precisely adapt light output. There are three lighting modes, for each of which the user can select the power from among ten possible levels, and there's an emergency flashing mode. Boost mode is 160 lumens and has a distance of 97 meters. Regulated burn times range from 50 to 95 hours. The Myo RXP has a programable feature that allows the headlamp to be adjusted to the type of activity and length of use that suits the user's needs, along with multiple lighting levels, to allow you to vary light output from 8 lumens to 160 lumens. Maximum power lighting works well for activities like a short night run, while a less powerful setting helps preserve battery power for adventures like a multi-day trek. A wide angle flip lens offers the option of switching instantly from a focused beam to a wide beam. And it's compatible with lithium batteries to optimize performance even at low temperatures. This is my 5th head lamp and my favorite so far! It is balanced with out the additional head strap but if you need additional support for running or biking it is included. It is very bright and fully programmable. In short I am very happy with my purchase and highly recomend this headlamp!
