Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

We
took it out last weekhere in SW Florida, and it performed very well in
rough conditions, the Kayak tracked nicely and felt very stable in the
water. It is very roomy and I am comfortable with my 7 year old our 28
lb dog and some food. The color of this Kayak is very cool and
different from your typical red or yellow Kayak. It looks good. If you
are looking for a stable kayak to take little trips with your child
this is a boat worth considering.
