Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

The Perception Expression fits perfectly into the Touring category. More performance and forward speed than a Day Touring kayak, but not as quick as a sea kayak which can cost twice as much, and more. Expression has a slight V-shaped hull which felt very reassuring yet responsive. The kayak is not unduly tippy and responds to edging as a Touring kayak of these proportions should. In fact, the 15 behaved exactly as we hoped it would.The cockpit configuration is good and the Zone DLX outfitting is very comfortable. I whole heartedly recommend this boat. Its very well designed, outfitted and handles like any other high performance sea kayak.
