Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

The case is great. I only wish it had small carrying handle in addition to the shoulder strap. Sometimes difficult to open, but this is probably due to a slightly bigger laptop than should be in there. I ski with it the laptop in the case on a regular basis with no problems!

This is an excellent product. I can feel the outshell is thick and strong. I also observed the air pressure inside the case can be adjusted. Overall, a good product!
