Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. I wore this jacket in Alaska in rainy September, 2011. I stayed completely dry on top hiking in the rain, and the best test, standing on the deck of a tour boat in the rain for several hours. My pants of another brand however were soaked. I bought the torrentshell pants!! The only thing I would change is the velcro at the neck because I like to wear scarves.

I love this shell. Works great over just about any fleece. My husband uses it over the down puff jacket and it's warm enough and dry enough for skiing. The only thing I would change about it if I could is to have the pockets lined with fleece or some other fabric to keep your hands warm if you are hiking or doing something where you're not wearing gloves.

This is a very nice jacket, really versatile and I like the overall fit. My only issue is with the hood, which I wish was deeper. When my hair is in a ponytail the hood barely covers my entire head.
