Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

I love this jacket. It is was and cozy, warms and light and easy to pack and doesn't take up much room. It has a nicely tapered torso fit that i like. Looks feminine.

Fantastic Fleece although it leaves little fuzzy residue on clothing worn under the Jacket. Washed it a couple of times and hopefully that will solve the problem. Otherwise I love it.
