Recently bought this shirt, and can't say enough about it. I now have capilene baselayers in 1, 2, and 3 weights, and this Cap 2 crew may just be my favorite. I can wear it to work under my dress shirt to keep me toasty during lunchtime strolls, and it is equally at home under my R1 in the mountains. I am 5 ft 7in and 160 lbs, and the size small is perfect. The size chart shows that I am on the lower end of a medium, but the medium is too baggy and long for me. So, I have learned that with most Patagonia baselayers and form fitting midlayers that a small works best for me. I would recommend this to others without hesitation.

As an all-seasons bicyclist, I happily wear my Capilene Crew uppers most of the year. It works by itself above about 45 degrees F, and as a base layer when it is colder. Even better, its nice when just laying about the house, working in the yard or taking a nap. I guess you could say I live in the stuff.

I was disappointed in the fabric of this shirt - I have a black one from a few years back, and the fabric is much softer, with a little bit of stretch.
