Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. The kayak, paddle, and vest arrived yesterday. The scupper stoppers arrived today, so out to the lake I headed! I love, love, love the kayak. It's way too cool. Did I mention that I LOVE the kayak!! My friend tried it out tonight, and it sounds like she's going to order one, too. The pink color with the breast cancer ribbon in the Venus name REALLY ROCKS!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. It arrived sooner than expected in the middle of July, and I've used it almost every (weather permitting) day since. To say I love this is an understatement. It is remarkably stable: I was little more than a novice when I started and have never even come close to capsizing... despite the New England wind, ocean currents/waves, and the wakes created by the schooners, working fishing boats/whale watchers, and the @#$%&?+& speed boaters found in Gloucester's working harbor. It tracks and steers like a dream. It's still a bit heavy, but as I get stronger, it gets lighter. Perfect size for me and my 22lb Jack Russell Terrier. I recommend it to every woman who asks.
