Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

The kayak, paddle, and vest arrived yesterday. The scupper stoppers arrived today, so out to the lake I headed! I love, love, love the kayak. It's way too cool. Did I mention that I LOVE the kayak!! My friend tried it out tonight, and it sounds like she's going to order one, too. The pink color with the breast cancer ribbon in the Venus name REALLY ROCKS!

I decided on the Venus 11 as my choice for kayaking. I absolutely love it. I live in Southwest Florida and kayak in the Gulf of Mexico where the dolphins swim under and around you. So maneuverability is important if you want to keep up to play with them. The Venus has everything I need and carry along a water proof bag for larger belongings. The sit on top is perfect for sunning while working out & at 40 lbs, it's not too bad to carry. I would suggest this kayak to anyone new or experienced as a simply fun, fast easy model.

I bought my Venus 11 as it was built for women. I have tried the Frenzy/Mambo and found it to be too wide (I kept hitting the paddle on the side). I have been out a few times in the Venus now and love it! We have paddled in a slow flowing river and have had no problem with getting out of the way of larger vessels. It's great fun going over the waves, lots of 'Wees'. I especially liked it when I left my husband behind when just cruising (he was working hard in a Frenzy). I find the rear storage good for just a jaunt up the local Cornish river. I was worried at first about its stability, but I haven't fallen out yet and feel very secure even when the waves are side on.
