Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Scupper Stoppers can be used to plug the scupper holes in the cockpit of your Ocean Kayak. This prevents water from splashing up through the scupper holes, helping you stay drier while you are paddling. Although they are not required for paddling, many paddlers like them, especially in colder conditions. They are sold in pairs.
I love to get a jump start on the season and scupper plugs help me to do that. If it’s a nice warm day but the water on the lake is still chilly, I can stick in the plugs and not have to worry about the cold water coming up thru the holes.
