Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

This was a long needed upgrade! I have never been so pleased with the performance of gear I have purchased. If you are tired of your yak having a mind of its own then this is the way to go! Super easy to install.
