Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

This thing is great and works well with the cargo floor. You can really pile the gear, then strap the **** out of it for a secure load.
Must have peace if you "rig to flip". Watch the dogs if they ride on the gear, could get tangled.

This was purchased before a high water Green River and then a Yampa trip. We also used it on the pickup bed on the way to the river. It seems very well made, and the large size is just right for a full size 8-foot pickup bed. It makes securing gear on a 16-17' raft a lot easier although more D-rings on the raft would be nice. It's a little big for a raft not really heaped up but I just rolled up the edges. Way better than the cheapo bungee-type net I had gotten at a tool outlet. Seems like it will last a good long time, and it was great to have nine straps included. Someone at NRS thought this through pretty well.
