Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

NRS Raft Stern Frame Anchor System - The smooth and durable NRS Raft Stern Frame Anchor System works in conjunction with the NRS Stern Frame. Taken from the drift boat industry, this raft anchor system utilizes smooth pulleys and a large cam-cleat to secure the rope. It mounts slightly to the right and in front of the rower for easy accessibility and operation. Get perfect presentation for fishing with the NRS Raft Stern Frame Anchor System.

Having an anchor system while fishing is price less. This system is easy to install and works well on the rivers in the Pacific North West. If you fish from your raft there is no other piece of gear that will make your day any better.

I have a 15.5' raft with an NRS frame. I use the boat for fly-fishing
and have the full fly-fishing frame with leg locks in the bow and stern.
I always used to just drop a throw rope with a 25 pound weight off of
the frame and into the river to use as an anchor. What a huge pain. I
finally broke down and spent the money on a nice anchor system and I
wish I would have done it sooner. It's awesome. Totally functional,
durable, and seems very tough. Very easy to use. The only complaint is
that the black and white directions of how to install it were
worthless. Believe it or not there are a lot of different directions
some of the machined aluminum pieces can go, and it was a bear trying to
figure it out at the put-in. While not cheap, this is going to be
another piece for my raft that should last forever. I'm very happy so
far.

The NRS Stern Anchor System is the only way to go. It allows you to hit
all the best fishing holes or to stop & have lunch in the middle of
the river away from the bugs. A light weight, easy to use, durable
system that doesn't get in the way when not in use. This is a far better
system than anything else on the market (including home-made) that I
have used or seen!

The anchor system works very well in stretches of slow current or
eddies. This way when you find a good fishing spot, the rower can fish
as well. The anchor is also convenient to secure your raft in an eddy
next to shore instead of trying to find a rock or a tree to tie up to.
