Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

I haven't used the holder yet, but being able to tightly secure the holder to the frame in an upright position, and having the flap to keep out the bugs and the splash should make it a winner.

Very handy accessory. not only does it keep my beverage cold, where it really comes in handy is keeping river water out of my drink when going through rapids. I'm amazed at how many cans I'm saving. Also like how the coozie slides of the mounting plate so I can use it in camp at night as well.
