Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

WOW! The Ninja is 100X better than my last PFD or any one I've ever used. It does not feel hot or bulky and I love having my arms and shoulders just about completely unrestricted with this on. The design strongly encourages floating or swimming on your back but the point is to keep your face out of the water. I don't like wearing helmets and PFD's but this on I will wear every time since it is so comfortable and nonrestrictive.

I wear it kayaking in tight canyons with whitewater to large rivers. Really comfortable, easy to adjust and you still have a huge range of motion. I really like this product.

This has been a great whitewater kayaking PFD. I love the fit and size since I'm a small person, so it isn't in my way when paddling. I use it in big whitewater in Maine and also when I'm paddling my touring canoe on flat water. I think the fit and adjustment of the PFD is great.

Love this jacket for the freedom of movement it affords, and the fact that it rides high enough to not interfere with rear of skirt and cockpit. Could use some additional attachment points in front for radio etc.
