Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Since NRS introduced Heavy-Duty Cam Straps to river runners over 20 years ago, they've been used for virtually every hold-down application. These straps use 1" polypropylene webbing with a tensile strength of 1500 lbs. The cam buckles offer a tensile strength of 2000 lbs, and are attached to the strap with a military-spec "box tack" for further durability. For ease of identification, the length of the strap is woven in the webbing.Whether you're attaching your boat to your vehicle or your frame to your boat, NRS straps won't let you down.
NRS straps are hands-down the best straps on the market. Long after other straps have died, my NRS straps are still going strong. The cam buckles don't stick and the webbing doesn't fray. I've used these for rigging rafts, tying kayaks on my car, securing gear in the back of a truck, and many other places I've needed a quick tie-down. Having the length printed into the strap makes finding the length I need easy, especially in my pile of 50 some-odd straps. My only complaint - they don't make them in black. Otherwise this is a top-notch product.
