Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Purchased this to use on a Death Valley backcountry road trip. I tested the jug at home by filling it halfway with water and leaving it overnight upside down. With properly tightened caps, there were no leaks. When I first flipped the jug over I found that the vent cap needed to be tightened more than I expected. This container has a thick plastic body without being too heavy. This was our back-up water for emergencies and we did not use it until the drive home. The same water was in the jug from when we left home a week earlier and it still tasted great.

I leave in boat, too heavy when full to be lugging to the camp/kitchen. Hard to pour from into a smaller (2 1/2gallon) container unless you have something to set in on higher than what you're pouring into. They are more user friendly if you sew up straps into a harness with a handle to pour with. Super strong should last a lifetime. My regular rafting buddies and I have 6 with strap harnesses.

We do a lot of car camping with small kids. Having enough clean water in well made container has been a problem. This product solved the problem. We camp in very remote areas where all your supplies must be brought in with you. I tried other ideas and searched high and low for something like this.
