Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

The Cottonmouth nose plug gets the job done; it prevents water from getting up your nose. The pads are durable and the metal retains its shape. Previously, I used the Smiley's nose plug, but I like this one better; the pads seem to be more durable. Great product.

Does everything nose plugs should do, but this means they will sometimes fall off. Without a neck strap, you can lose them. I have them attached to my helmet strap, but who wants to wear a helmet when practicing rolls in flat water?

I have pretty much tried all the noseplugs on the market, and like these the best. These are very similar to Smiley's, but are way more durable. I am going on a year, and these still look new.
