Boundary Kayaking Booties
|NRS Boundary Neoprene Kayak Shoes - The Boundary Shoes push the limits of what a neoprene boot can do: it's a touring, canoeing and portaging dream. They are knee high, waterproof and warm. These mukluk-style boots features a high-traction sole and arch strap for secure footing. When wading is inevitable, you'll appreciate the knee-high, waterproof 5 mm neoprene upper. A comfy 7 mm insole atop a high traction rubber sole provides the protection and support you've come to expect from NRS footwear. The 2 mm plastic shim provides even more protection from sharp, pointy objects. Each shoe is individually tested to ensure it's waterproof.
The Boundary comes in whole, unisex sizes. We recommend people with half-sized feet order the next full size up. For women order one size smaller. However if your feet run wide, consider choosing your usual shoe size. For full details, please see the sizing chart.
Excellent winter boot. Very warm, and the knee-high length keeps me dry while getting in & out of the boat. Comfortable support, and the strap allows them to adjust. I do with they had a draining sole, though. If water does come over the top of the boot, I have to remove them to drain the water.

Don't believe the size chart! I wear a women's size 6 1/2, so I ordered a size 6 as per the instructions. Too small and had to send them back. The size 6 fits like a women's size 5 1/2 to 6.
Do not buy ,ITS A LIE /YOU WILL GET YOUR FEET WET .Save your money and buy a better brand.........

Fits so well. Love this boot
I have a pair that lasted me years. They keep you feet warm and dry! Great for canoeing in the Spring and Falls
I kneel when canoeing, and most other boots are not flexible enough for a comfortable foot position. I also don't like to have wet feet all day long, especially in the cold weather season. Regular boots can be clunky and too tall to fit under a canoe seat easily, which can be a safety hazard or make getting in and out of a canoe awkward. I have tried water proof neoprene socks for warmth, in conjunction with a hiking type sandals for grip on river rocks. The result was dry but cold feet all day long and marginal grip on slippery rocks. The NRS Boundary Shoe, so far, fits the bill perfectly. The boot is flexible enough to be comfortable when kneeling in a canoe, and nimble enough to not cause any safety concerns. I wear a thin pair of regular socks inside the boot, and my feet are warm and dry all day, no matter how many wet landings or launches. The rubber sole of the boot provides good grip and the boot shaft is tall enough to keep water from entering the boot when wet launching. The only reason why I did not give the boot 5 stars is because I have only used it on two day trips and cannot speak to long term durability as of yet. However, the boot appears to be well made with taping and double stitching in the right places and good quality material all around. I am actually considering buying an extra pair in case my current pair wears out some day.
Must have for cold weather kayak fishing. These are great for entering/exiting kayak, and wading through riffles. Feet stay dry, and warm.
