Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

The With an improved HyperGrip™ sole and integrated heel-to-arch strap, the NRS Attack Shoe is one of the premier paddle shoes on the market today. The Attack Shoes' sole gives you the best traction in wet or dry conditions. Multiple drainage points in the sole and upper allow water to easily escape, while keeping out sand and grit. The adjustable arch strap with side-release buckle snugs the shoe to your foot for stability and fit in the water or on the trail and a separate heel strap prevents the shoes from riding up as you take a step. What a great river shoe. It’s a mid-height style shoe so with the addition of the Velcro strap, this shoe isn’t coming off until you take it off. It drains fairly fast and insulates well to keep my feet warm. The soles with their sticky rubber grip rocks well too. I’ve had my Attack shoes for over a year now and they are still holding up to all the hell I’ve put them through. Oh, I forgot to mention that the neoprene is thick enough to prevent briars and thorns from cutting your ankles on those nasty portages, too.

The newer NRS Attack shoes are nowhere near as good as they were a few years ago. The black rubber on top falls off within 6 months and splitting of neoprene - stitching is common. (5 of my friends bought these at the same time as me) The soles are more plasticy than rubber so don't grip as well as the old ones especially in colder water. Looks to me like they made a few cost cutting material decisions and have ended up with an inferior shoe.
