Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Flotation bags need to be slightly larger than the area they fill. To determine the correct size of float bag for your boat, measure the inside compartment and order a bag that is slightly larger in dimensions to fill the space in your boat completely.
These bags serve double duty in my Viper 11 and in my Dagger Caption tandem. They are tough, light, attractive, have lots of handy tie-down points, valve stem AND dump valve, and have an AWESOME warranty. I've decided that ALL canoe airbags eventually leak. One of these did start leaking after about 2 years. Called NRS, then sent the bag back and it was promptly replaced with a new one. Nice! One minor CON is that they are more sensitive to temperature changes that most other bags. No big deal, you just have to be conscious to add / remove air as the air or water temp changes.
