Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

Very nice jacket...loved the feel of it and the thumb holes on the
sleeves. Fit was strange for me, though, so I returned it. I ordered
my normal size 8-10 but the armpits were too tight for free movement. I
wanted to use this for hiking and for winter running but it didn't feel
like there was enough room to freely move my arms well. Order up a
size unless you like it very snug. It has a stretchy feel so even if
you order larger it will probably not look baggy.

Bought this for my 18 year old daughter. Was a little concerned because
of some of the comments left but it is great! She loves it and it fits
well...perfect Christmas present!
