Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

This is the best jacket, ever. The fleece is amazing, it's great for all sorts of weather, and it looks great on. I get compliments from my friends on it all the time! I'm 5'5 and 125 lbs and bought the small -- it fits perfectly. Just the right amount of room to wear a long-sleeved shirt if necessary. You must buy this!!

I have three of these now. I love them. I do not like to wear hoods very often so the lack of a hood doesn't bother me in the slightest. I love the style of the jacket. The waist is perfect, doesn't ride up and isn't too baggy when you wear the right size. My upper arms fit tightly in some coats and this style sleeve provides extra room where needed without being too long. This jacket is warm, comfortable to no end.
The only downside is I'm scared to wash them very often as one of them melted a wee bit in the dryer on the interior of the jacket. Plus I'm always apprehensive when washing my fleece as I don't want to lose the smooth plushness of them.
