Mountain Hardwear Women's Maia Gloves - The Women's Maia Gloves by Mountain Hardwear are a versatile, insulated snowsports glove, designed to fit a woman's smaller hand proportions. With OutDry waterproof technology, these gloves are extremely waterproof and totally windproof. The OutDry membrane is directly bonded to the glove's outer shell, eliminating the ability for wind and water to penetrate through the sewn seams of the shell, keeping hands warmer. The Extreme Precurve patterning with Kevlar stitching provides unprecedented fit and dexterity.

The 4-way stretch nylon soft shell fabric offers a snug, flexible fit, while Thermic Micro insulation at the back of the hands offer increased warmth. They have durable water-resistant goatskin palms and fingers, a short, close fitting, low profile stretch gauntlet for a comfortable under the cuff fit, and pull on webbing loops at the wrists. For winter snow sports gloves that truly have it all, check out the Women's Maia Gloves by Mountain Hardwear.

Usually I have to wear mittens when I backcountry ski because my hands are always so cold. These worked wonders last winter. I rarely got cold when I wore them. They also stayed dry on wet snow days. They are now my go to gloves for when head out. My big BD mittens stay more and more in the bottom of my pack. I have feeling they will step up this winter when I work ski patrol on the hill and need gloves to manipulate equipment.
