Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.

Overall I am happy with this jacket. I purchased it a year ago and have put it to good use. The problem that I find with down jackets is sleeve length. I am 6'2" and 185lbs and found that most jackets were fitting me well in the torso with a M but the sleeves were too short. I purchased the Nitrous in a large with hopes that the torso would be form fitting. Unfortunately it is a regular fit but the sleeve length is great. I suppose this was a good compromise. I would like to say that having a jacket this light that packs down super small is great to have as you can throw it in your pack and not notice is, but have it there when you need it.

I am traveling to New Zealand and space in my bag is a precious commodity. This jacket comes with a pouch that allows you to compress it to a very small size. The jacket is warm and will make a great liner under my shell. Kinda wish the pockets had zippers though but not a big deal since I will mostly be using it as a liner.

Pack this with you in the mountain states during all seasons! Perfect layer to throw on when you stop moving or when the sun goes down, compresses down to nothing, and provides a great insulating layer. Worth the investment and you'll look good in it, too. Gotta love MH gear!
