Outdoorplay happily accepts product returns and exchanges.
Our product return and exchange process is very easy. Simply return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice you received and send it with the product. Once we receive the merchandise back we will send out new items and/or credit the original form of payment.
We offer FREE Shipping on every order over $39 to anywhere in the continental USA! Orders under are only $6.95.
International Orders: No problem. We ship all over the world! Just add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to receive shipping rates. Rates are based on address location. For all kayak orders, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will not be finalized until you approve the shipping charges. Please note international shipping times can vary due to location and Customs processing time. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. You will also be responsible for all Customs duties and taxes.

We use UPS for shipping accessories & paddles, and Reddaway for shipping boats. All orders are safely wrapped and ready to travel.

This jacket is amazing. Not only did it get me through some harsh
blizzard snow backpacking. But I live in the mountains, and during the
harsh winters walking to class all in 20 degree snow days, this jacket
got me through that. Its very cozy and surprisingly light and
compactible. Also I forgot to add even though Im a girl this jacket
still fit me great for being a mens jacket. Basically this jacket rocks
and I would def get another one in a second.

Seriously my favorite go-to jacket when bar-hopping, riding, or anything
in between. It's warm, pretty form-fitting, and dang near
indestructible. Protects you from the elements, but not the 1000's of
women that flock after it...
